I am submitting an application for PR through CEC pool. I am an Indian citizen. I have a below query where I need experts suggestion/opinion.
My wife's Indian passport is with her name before marriage ( example Richa Sanjay Patil) whereas on my passport spouse name is updated with her name after marriage as "Richa Ajinkya Rane". Along with that, on my daughters passport and birth certificate mother name is used with her name after marriage as "Richa Ajinkya Rane".
In this situation, do I need to mention on my wife's personal details section that she is know with other name? If I do so, letter of explanation is required under document checklist.
Please suggest if it good to mention other name or it can be ignored? I am worried that on my daughters application mother name does not match from her own passport and on my daughters birth certificate/mother name on passport.
