Difference in score between CRS calculator and EE profile score

Hi,

I have an issue with my Express entry score. This is currently 392. However as per CRS calculator, this should be 418.

The difference is for Human factors (age, qualification and Language).

As per Express entry profile score, this is what i have got.

Age Score -55
Qualification score - 112
Language - 128


However as per CRS calculator, this is what I should get.

Age Score -61
Qualification score - 120
Language - 136


Age- I am currently 38. My DOB is 14th October 1979 and would be become 39 in coming October.
Qualification -I have completed 4 years Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
IELTS : Listening & Reading -9, Writing-7.5 and Speaking -8.5

Kindly help to validate.

I put in all details in crs calculator and it's giving me 392 as the score. Your express entry profile is reflecting the correct score. I think you must have entered something incorrectly in the crs calculator, check again.

The first set of points is for Married and spouse accompanying. The second set is for either Not Married or Spouse Not Accompanying. You're putting you marital status and spouse accompanying information differently in CRS calculator and EE profile. Please check which one is correct.

I tried the different combinations. Married + non accompanying and unmarried is resulting in the same score of 392. Married and accompanying with no ECA and ielts is resulting in 370. I don't know how you're getting a score of 418.
