Difference in name in academic records and passport

hello friends,

my spouse has different name in her education certificates than that mentioned in her passport(suffix attached to her name in passport). what is the process to prove that both the records are of her only. or i need to change the name in passport/educational certificates.?

It's just a small difference.. in India we have a habit of adding "Ben" after name. For example "Gitaben Nihar Dave" instead of "Gita Nihar Dave.."
