hi
i am vishesh shah
and i am looking for job in canada in construction industry...
i have few questions .. can anybody help me to solve this would be of great help
myquestions are :-
1. what is the difference btwn work permit / open work permit ?
2. can i get work permit before work so i can come there and find suitable job for me??
3. what is the best job to look for to get job soon.. is it professional jobs or odd jobs first to enter canada ???
5, what is the basic aproximate living expenditure for a couple in canada ??

1. An open work permit allows you to work for anyone. A close work permit means you are tied to a specific employer.
2. No. You first need to find a job offer from an employer in Canada. The employer will also need to obtain an approved LMIA. Once you have these two things, you can apply for a closed work permit tied to that specific employer.
3. Professional is easier.
4. It varies widely depending on where you end up living.
