Difference between WES PDF online and mailed document

Hi, can someone tell me is there any difference between completed WES PDF that is available online with the document mailed to my address.
problem my neighbor received it and lost it (since am abroad from my home), so in order to apply can i use the same document readily available in online else i need to order another copy to send ?

I didn't even receive it and I'm planning to upload pdf too. I'm not sure if Wes even cares to send it if someone opts for normal delivery mode without tracking. I live in US and I'm clueless on how it wouldn't even reach me from Canada. My place is just 8 hours from Toronto.

My report came within 5 days. It was delivered in California. Must have been some mix up with yours.

I got my report delivered to India and it reached in a week. I chose the non traceable post option.

As far as IRCC is concerned, they are only interested in your ECA Reference Number. They have access to an ECA database and they use that number to verify outcomes. The content of the ECA is more important to you as you need it to match your degrees with their Canadian equivalents and claim the right points for each one of them.

So practically, it doesn't matter whether you upload the PDF or a scanned copy of the ECA letter you receive by mail.
