What is the actual difference between the reference letter and experience letter from the employer
Can anyone please help me
And me format for both of them

Thank you

I think you're using two different words to describe the same thing.

The guidelines include:

1) Hrs worked per week
2) Duties in line with NOC
3) Name of Manager
4) Salary paid
5) Should be on company letterhead
6) Designation within the organization
