difference between PPR and flag poling ?

hello guys. can anyone explain to me what is the difference between flagpolling and ppr request ? i am currently in Canada and have got my AOR. will i get the ppr request or i will be told to flagpole ? does everyone get the ppr request ?

Once you application is verified, CIC will send you an email for PPR request. Once you follow the instructions mentioned in the PPR, they will approve your application on CIC and send back you passport/passport copies with CoPR document.

You have to take your passport and CoPR document to Canadian border and re-enter Canada to land as PR. This is called flag polling.

great thank you. my wife is not with me so will i be receiving her ppr request as well?? how will she receive her copr documents ??
