Difference between NOC code of job experience and NOC Code of Job offer letter

I am a Bank Branch Manager in Bangladesh, NOC Code is 0122 but I have probability to get Job offer as 'customer service manager – retail' under NOC 0621. Shall I be eligible to get 600 CRS points in EE profile?

As both the Codes relate to managerial post, should I get 600 CRS points.

Please provide suggestions.

If you have an LMIA-supported job offer, you're eligible for the 600 points whether the job matches your past experience or not, I believe.

But I imagine it's going to be very difficult to get an LMIA if you don't have education or experience that matches the position you've been offered.

As I have an MBA (Finance) degree and major parts of my job experience relates to customer service activities in bank, will it be difficult for me to get LMIA as 'Customer Service Manager - retail'

I have no idea.

In order for the employer to get you an LMIA, they have to prove that you are the best possible person for the job, and that there is no one in Canada who is capable of doing the job.

To do this, the employer has to advertise the job. If someone in Canada who is more suited to the job than you are applies, you won't receive an ITA.
