Hi. What is the difference in applying got a PR in the CEC class as an inland or outland ( India ) candidate ?
In terms of time, or documents required etc.

In my knowledge - Inlands get FD first and then P1 and P2 then COPR.
Outlands get PPR, they have to snd thier passport. Now there are 2 cases that I know off- Along with the stamped passport they send you one paper called COPR/Travel document. Or you can go canada with that stamped passport and get COPR on airport by CBSA officer.

Or you can go canada with that stamped passport and get COPR on airport by CBSA officer. this is not true. You always receive two copies of CoPR document with one time visa stamped on passport
