Difference between "In Process" and "Pending Review"

What is the difference between "In Process" and "Pending Review by Visa Officer"? thanks!

after in process if now it's saying pending for review it means almost work done on Ur application and now visa officer have to see all documents and related papers like PPR confirmation and medical report...... once all in order they will update you about Ur case..... but yes i think it's final stage now.

I got an email from Singapore Visa office in October " This file is currently pending review by a Visa Officer. If further information is required, we will correspond with the applicant.

Sincerely,
Visa Officer "

and then in december they asked me to give RPRF fees and then again in the end of dec they confirmed me visa....

so ur time is soo close is guess..
