Hello ladies.
Does anyone know about grandparents super visa vs family class -grandparents?
The first allows them to visit only. It's basically a tourist visa. The second is a sponsorship program that results them in becoming permanent residents and being able to live in Canada permanently.

Thank you for your reply!Do you recommend one or another? I heard that the super visa is not worth it?
I don't really understand your question. Which one is preferrable to you depends on your objective and circumstances. No one can recommend one over the other to you. It sounds like you may need to do more research to understand the difference.

The super visa is a visitor visa. It allows your parents to visit Canada only and not move here. To qualify to apply, you must be earning an income from a job in Canada that meets the minimum income requirements. You need to provide one CRA NOA to show you are earning enough income. As soon as you meet the requirements, you can apply.

The PGP sponsorship program results in permanent residency. It allows your parents to move to Canada permanently. To qualify to apply, you must earn enough income from a job in Canada to meet the minimum income requirements for three years in a row. You need to provide 3 CRA NOAs to show you have earned enough income. The program is lottery based with a limited number of spots available. Each year a large number of people enter the lottery but only a small portion are selected and allowed to sponsor their parents.
