Yeas Sir, I am completed Diesel Mechanic one vocational one year training program, Hydraulic mechanic training completed by skill India program with machinist courses of practical, High school completed with Diploma in mechanical courses of sturdy completed .

Would suggest looking into whether your training will be recognized in Canadaand whether further training will be needed. Then I would start doing research on the various Canadian immigration programs to see whether you would qualify and what you will need to work on and do if you want to immigrate. IELTS (English exam) will likely be one of the things you will need but should do it right before you start applying since the stored so expire.
