Hi,

I had a PR status of Canada, stayed about 1.5 years in Canada but then relocated to another country. Now already been outside of Canada since 6 years. I guess, my PR status surely expired...but not sure!

Questions:

1) May i return to Canada with old PR status

2) If PR expired; is possible to renew it? or i have to reapply?

3) Procedure to renew it?

Thanks in advance...

Regards,

Are you visa-exempt for Canada? If so, the answers are probably

1) You can try but will probably be reported with the possibility that your PR status will be revoked.
2) You will have to fulfil your Residency Obligations before you can renew.
3) Normal renewal procedure as documented on CIC web site

If you are NOT visa-exempt

1) No, you will need to apply for a Travel Document. This will probably be refused. If it is refused, 2) and 3) are not relevant.
2) You will have to fulfil your Residency Obligations before you can renew.
3) Normal renewal procedure as documented on CIC web site
