Didn't submit study plan

Hello people

I applied for a study permit online from Egypt and the online application didn't ask for a study plan. There was just a space for an optional document which is Letter of Explanation and by clicking on the info symbol it said to upload anything that wasn't clarified in your application. I didn't understand this as a need for a study plan. I am now worried. Will my application be refused ??

I have been accepted at a one year MSc in the same major as my undergraduate major with a 45000 $ financial support that cover everything I need there. Does it happen that one can be accepted without submitting a study plan ?

Well, I got a message today requesting my passport. So it turns out your application can be approved without a study plan.

Yes of course. I myself got my visa without even writing an LOE. It depends on whole package.
