Hi, my application for iec working holiday has been refused for not providing a copy of my passport. The thing is after my application I was asked for a copy of passport and information on travel history. I uploaded both on the same day also when I went to upload passport copy it also had some details to fill in online. I checked everyday after for updates but it always says uploaded but not submitted then I received a refusal stating I have been refused for not providing passport even though when I check my application it still says uploaded not submitted?
 
It sounds like the upload didn't work for some reason. When you saw that message, best option would have been to contact the support line to let them know you were having issues. Not sure you have any option but to submit a new entry into the pool and wait to be selected again.
 
Thank you for reply, this has only happened yesterday. I have reported a technical issue but not sure how else to contact someone about this.

The refusal only happened yesterday - correct?

But when did you first see the message saying your upload wasn't submitted? I think that was the right time to contact technical support. It may be too late now.
 
Yes that is correct, from the moment I uploaded it said uploaded but not submitted. But this was the case with all my other uploads also which took a few days to change to submitted. I guessed it was just when they were read. I have submitted a case specific enquiry. So hopefully I hear back something from that if not I will just apply again.
