if anybody didnt get the entry and deported of any other country not canada, so is it necessary to mention in the immigration application, because he is not deported from canada

if didnt mention then what is the problem

Yes it should be mentioned if you have been refused entry to any other country mean visa refusal as well, or if you have overstayed in country then deportation.

Better not mention any visa refusal (other than Canada) if it's not stamped in your passport.

Normally as far I know every country when they take your passport they put a small stump on one of the starting page of your passport
(I have stamps on my passport from Canada, US, Turkey, UK, France, Germany, South Africa, Australia embassies was working in financial firm long free travel), so if that visa is not stumped on your passport that simply means a rejection as if the stump is there but no visa. These visa's were issued from embassies in Pakistan, UK and UAE. May be they don't do in some places.
