What was the date when your file reaches to CIC office?

i dispatched courier on 18th dec 2014 and they received it on 23rd dec 2014.

I would suggest to call CIC call centre to get the update. Unfortunateky you dont have UCI or application number so I doubt you will get any reply of an email.
