Didn’t receive new PGWP after “opt-in”

Hi guys,

I opted in online for the 2023 PGWP extension on April 6. Today is July 4 but still haven’t received the new PGWP. Does anyone have the same situation? What should I do now?

Thank you. Called today but couldn’t even get in line.
A month ago I called, the agent said he couldn’t see I opted in and asked me to wait till end of June. At that time I thought maybe it’s normal that he couldn’t see since there’s no application number. Now I begin to suspect IRCC opt-in website messed it up
