I recently submitted my Canadian Study Permit application on June 22, and have been waiting for my biometrics instruction letter ever since. On the IRCC website it says that I should receive one within 24 hours of application submission, which according to most people I have asked is true. However, I still haven't received one. I did receive an email roughly 22 hours after submitting my application saying that there has been an update to my application, but when I logged on to check there were no new messages nor any new changes. I am really confused right now and will probably go to my local Visa Application Center to ask about this.
Has this happened to anyone else? Who should I contact besides the VAC to ask about this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
