Did not receive ITA even after almost a month

Hi,

I applied for Canada PR express entry on 17th Nov 2020 and with a score of 476, I was eligible in the draw announced on 18th Nov 2020. But it has been almost a month that I did not receive a message from where I can accept my ITA. Although my account shows me the latest update which is as follows:

"Latest update:

Have I been invited to apply? - November 18, 2020:We are pleased to confirm that we sent you an invitation to apply. Check your messages below for details."

I am worried because time is running by to submit all the documents. And I have raised my query in another web form 2 weeks back but got no response.

I will highly be grateful if anyone can let me know a solution for this problem.

Can you see a new application in your account other than the Express Entry Profile?

There should be an application link with 'continue' or 'decline' in your profile.

no there is no link. That is why I am wondering. I contacted the helpline number too but they are saying that it is technical glitch and asked me to raise the query in webform. I raised the query too but did not get any response from them in 2 weeks.

after you log in, take a screenshot of your full page and share with us. Hide/grey-out sensitive info like your name, application number, etc...
