Did not put UCI on EE profile. Found the number for APR, is that an issue?

Hi when i was filling out my EE profile i misunderstood the question "Have you applied for IRCC before" (I thought they were asking if i had applied for immigration before and di have a couple of work and study visas issued under my name). I received my ITA and now updating my APR i identified that if i answer yes to that question, i can fill out my UCI #.
1) Is that an issue that could get my application rejected?
2) I have read forums where people mention LOE but when do i make up/attach that letter?

Applied .. means you have submitted an application for any visa.

Now if you had previous EE that was withdrawn or expired then this isn't considered as a visa application.

If you did apply just raise a Case Specific Enquiry to update your application.

Thank you @DelPiero07 I haven't sent out the APR yet, can I just update on the APR forms? i am not sure what you mean by Case Specific Entry...

Yes, you can edit your e-APR. The CSE is a way to update information on your file once you've submitted your e-APR.
