Did my visa got rejected due to wrong category? what to do now? please advise..!

I applied first time under spp and my visa got rejected . now i want to apply again and i will now apply under non-spp i.e. general category.
But i don't know that if i apply again under non-spp then are there good chances for visa approval as compared to spp in my case? please evaluate my profile and suggest me what to do?

My profile:-
10th- 6.6/10.0 gpa CBSE
12th- 48% science stream (pcm) (adding practicals i have 53%)
IELTS- 7.0 bands (L-8,R-7,S-6,W-6)

Course selected- Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (2-year diploma associate degree)
College- Fanshawe College

if i want to show practicals+theory=53% then i have to put transcripts so is transcripts allowed while submitting for visa?
