Did medical exam... now what?

I've got my IMM1017E form in hand. The instructions don't say I need to mail anything to anybody, but... it seems like I need to mail this. Or is my part done and the Dr handles communicating with CIC?

I submitted the docs they gave us anyways but you do not have to, the doctor submits the results which is what they need
