Did I send correct photos?

Hi I sent the Appendix B pictures of my spouse which I'm sponsoring, the Appendix B ones 50mmx70mm. Now I am not sure If I sent exactly correct measurement I passed my Sonsorship approval without CIC asking for better pictures does that mean I sent correct photos or does CIC not look at that? And only the visa office looks at it? Thanks.

Congrats on passing Sponsor Approval.
The Visa Office will let you know if they need new photos.
There's no point worrying about it unless your spouse gets a message from them requesting new photos.
And if she gets that request, you just need to get the correct photos and send them.
