That's right. You will get ITA on this Wednesday at this CRS. So chill.

Thanks but still I have few important documents pemding

How did you get the medical exam done without an instruction from CIC ? You should have only taken the medical exam after being asked to which only happens after receiving an ITA. I'm not sure if this isn't going to be an issue.

As long as your IELTS score was valid at the time of receiving an ITA, you would have been fine. There was no need to rush in getting the medical exam done.

You are wrong on both your statements. Medical exam can be taken upfront even without ITA.
Secondly IELTS should be valid till the time of e-apr and not ITA.

Not according to this:

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...l-exams/requirements-permanent-residents.html

It is explicitly stated to wait for instructions after submitting an E-APR.

Even when you contact a designated panel physician they would tell you to provide IME or UCI.

Upfront medical exams are only for students/workers/visitors.

And if a spouse/partner or dependents are being sponsored, you also have to wait for instructions starting from December 15 2016.

IELTS has to be valid at the time of submitting E-APR, that was a typo.

Panel physicians who use eMedical need the ITA. If they are mailing the results they just need passport.

Well I got e medical done!! As far as I know that e medical form has to be scanned and uploaded. So how can it matter whether is it done before or after an ita. Btw this information was given to me by the clinic from where I got my e -med done

I guess CIC will decide whether to accept that or not. You can take your chances, you can always explain this in your LOE that you wanted to save time etc.

Read within your link for this para:

Get your exam before you submit your application
Are you applying to sponsor your spouse, partner or child?
A new application process for the spousal sponsorship program came into effect on December 15, 2016. Spouses, partners or dependent children can no longer do an upfront medical exam. Wait for our instructions before going for your medical exam.

This is called an upfront medical exam. To get an upfront medical exam, contact a panel physician directly.

Once your medical exam is done, the doctor will give you a document confirming that you got a medical exam. Include a copy of that document with your application.

If the doctor works with the eMedical they will give you an upfront medical notification printout.

If the doctor works with a paper system they will give you a copy of the IMM 1017B Upfront Medical Report form.

Attach that form to your application before you submit it to the visa office. If you apply online, you must upload that form before you can submit your application.

Only when you sponsor your dependants later on after becoming a PR ( spousal application), upfront medical exam is not allowed.
Otherwise primary and rest all applicants can go for upfront medical exam. I did it the same way for your information.
