You need to tell more about your situation. Did you live in Canada for at least 730 days in a 5 year period? In the 15 months, are you working for a Canadian business? Or are you accompanying your Canadian spouse in those months? Or you are accompanying your PR spouse who is working for a Canadian business in the 15 months?
 
I came to Canada on Feb 2011 as a new PR, on November 2011 I got a work contract in the US, initially the contract was 6 months, but since I didn't found a job after the 6 months, I remained in the US,
today its been a year since I left Canada, but I would like to return on March, and I want to know if I can.
I came alone to the US , wife is in Canada.
 
Well, looks like you still have time to meet the minimum of 730 days. :)
 
Yes, you can come back. In order to meet the residency obligation, you must stay in Canada 2/5 years which means you can be outside for as much as 3/5. Since you are only outside for 1 year, you could actually stay outside for another 2 without losing your PR.
