I will be completing three years work experience in Canada on August 2nd 2015. But EE system gave me point for three years experience on Jul 1st. Because of this got 10 points early and my points become 466 and I got the ITA last draw.

I have submitted the app. But now I am wondering if I did a blunder by submitting the app? Should I have rather declined the ITA?

Worried!!!

That is a misrepresentation and obviously a mistake. You can EXPLAIN yourself through CSE. If I was on your place I would have withdrawn my application rather misrepresent myself.

I am not much worried about misrepresentation. I did not put anything false in my EE profile or my PR app. No where I said that I have three years of experience. Just that their system calculated it wrong.

My worry is they may sit on my app for 3 months and reject it after that.

I would have declined my ITA if this had come to my mind two days back. But somehow I forgot this completely in excitement of receiving ITA. :(

Any body has any reference on how the experience for CRS point is calculated? I think the calculation of 1 year Canadian experience for CEC is well defined. But I did not find similar definition for calculating experience used to claim CRS points.

The system calculates month-to-month and the onus is on the applicant to keep track of any discrepancies. You should raise a CSE right away apologizing for this oversight at your end. Simultaneously create a new EE profile and wait for the next draw, they are likely to cancel your existing profile whether you send the CSE or not.

Have you seen anybody rejected in similar case?

Is it ok to create another profile while one application is in process?
