Did CIC refuse application after medical call

I was wondering, if one's medical report is satisfactory, do they still get refused for some reasons ?
Are there anyone here who has been rejected after CIC requested their medical report ?
I got my medical request and I am worried now ???
I applied on 26/10/2017 and received medical call 14/11/2017.
