Just try again today and still if the matter is not resolved, I can Observe your profile through "Share Screen" through "Skype" or "Team Viewver" and guide you further on weekends.

Infact how many days are left to make the payment?

Hi I actually had like 33 days when I had that issue, I kept playing with the personal history, changing browser, clearing cookies and doing related stuffs and was fortunate it eventually allowed me proceed at some point. Thanks for offering a helping hand.

After you enter your card details- do you get a screen to enter your visa/mastercard password?

Check with your bank if your card is enabled for international transactions. Yes, most credit cards and a few debit cards work on the IRCC website.

Thanks my debit card worked fine. FYI, there was no Mastercard/Visa password prompt, payment went straight through.

Yup - This is commonplace with certain websites. The same was the case when I made payment.

When we upload all our documents to the system after ITA should we do the payment before we click on the submit button (I couldnt find a link to pay before submission) or should we submit the documents and then a payment page will occur?
