Yes. I submitted my Pr app today and paid for it as well.

Literally took just 2-3 seconds for transaction confirmation.

Every time I got an error after click pay button.
How can you make it?
What browser you were using.
 
i paid yesterday with no problems. I used chrome. clear your cache and try again.
 
Hello Everyone,

I am OINP nomination CEC candidate. Received ITA in Oct 12,2016 and trying to apply my E- APR application since Nov 21,2016 from evening and after uploading documents every time I go to transmit and pay option . it says CIC online services are down and error code generated every time.

please help in this matter.

Try to clear your browser's cache or use different browser. Try different credit card. I did yesterday without any problems.

I tried many times in different browsers and cleared all of the data. None of them works still.

I didn't get any chance to put my credit card information yet. Got an error right after click 'Transmit and pay' button.
 
OMG I think this is a problem related to my account. Not the browser issue.

I would suggest try other computer than what you are using right now or try to do it after midnight. That's what i can suggest for now.

same problem here, nothing is working tried 3 am also yesterday night;;;;;;; very sad

ya,,still. I think after the last update, a few accounts having the same issue. It can not be solved without CIC updating their website.
It should be browser or time or even cache error whatever. There must be trick

if you are OINP nominated candidate ( CEC Inland ) then we are all in same category getting this error codes , other categories are okay with submission. its has something to there update made on Nov 19.
