Did anyone submit from 1283 Financial evaluation?

When I printed out all the forms for sponsorship the financial evaluation form 1283 was included which as 6 pages. I've been told on here that I don't need it. I don't know why it printed out with the rest of the forms. Did anyone submit that form? do i really not need to?

You do not need this form. The forms for spousal are listed here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp

IMM1283 is NOT included in that list. You do not need it.

Should I send my spouse's pay stubs for the last 12 months? I'm the one sponsoring him.

On the document checklist it says Original of completed sponsorship evaluation (IMM 5481) or Financial evaluation (IMM 1283) (except residents of Quebec)...why does it say or financial evaluation?

There are different types of sponsorship. The IMM 1283 is for sponsorship classes that have financial requirements. The IMM 5481 is used for sponsorship classes that do not have a specific financial requirement. If you end up with a package containing an IMM 1283 form, you don't have the spousal sponsorship package.

Based on the checklist, I have all the required forms w/ the exception of the additional financial eval. form I will double check though, thank you!
