I submitted by EE application on Feb 24th, got 405 points, eligible for FSW and checked Ontario for the province I want to reside but until now, no Notification of Interest yet. Is this normal? I saw a lot of applicants getting their NoI a few days after they submit their application.

Well, according to me CIC Site is having a lot of glitches lately and after 9th FEB'16 people have not received PT Notifications.
