Did anyone go to Canada as an immidiate family member?

My gckey says 100% and I got only pre-arrival service letter. I'm wondering if I can go to Canada with my Canadian husband as an immidiate family member.

I tried to go last week and was denied, but I havent even received pre arrival yet even though I’ve done medical and everything else. Maybe you’d have better luck.

Then you should be able to go as long as you have quarantine plans and proof of Canadian spouse etc. But you should also check with airline what they will accept. Of course, all in principle.

I’m from the US so neither of those apply.

I have done so myself with ETA along with countless other people.
Family members are all allowed in the country unless there are other red flags that would have denied your entry even prior to Covid-19.

What was the basis of your denial? Did you make clear you were coming for family reunification and had a quarantine/self-isolation plan?
