Did anybody apply for Travel Document in Detroit

I am aware that the New York office takes care of Travel Document applications. But it's too far away from Toronto area.

Does anyone know if we can apply for the Travel Document in Detroit in person? Does the Detroit office take care of such applications? Please share your experiences and sources. Thanks!

If you mean the TRV, you can apply for that from within Canada now... google "CIC in Canada TRV"
