Okay, this will not answer ALL the questions about various sections in the form but it does help anyway!

Follow this official guide by CIC and you can't go wrong...I followed it myself.

in the schedule1 form in last few sections it is writtent that it should be filled in the presence of a canadian officer and some more sections.plzz give some info

If you're applying at VFS, just sign those forms there in their presence, frankly speaking, they don't even bother if you've signed them beforehand. But, yes you can leave them till you walk in to VFS and sign them in front of the person who's dealing with you. No problem at all.

Hay we don't want to send Original LORS is it.....photocopy will do in India am I right.....

Guide says LOR in original form. My university sent me 2 original LORs just for his reason. I don't know about others. Maybe you can wait for reply from others guys.

I don't think you have to fill it. If you read it carefully, it says that "DO NOT COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING SECTION NOW. YOU MAY BE ASKED TO SIGN IN THE PRESENCE OF A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CANADIAN GOVERNMENT OR AN OFFICIAL APPOINTED BY THE CANADIAN GOVERNMENT"

No one asked me so I didn't fill it. Its not required IMO.
