Hello,
I am in Canada with the young professional visa and I am working right now.
If I want to change the employer do I need the LMO? And can I change the employer? What do I have to do?

ALSO If I am just working as a housekeeper? If I am a low skilled worker do I need that LMO?

found this:People in the following categories need a work permit but do not need an LMO from HRSDC.
•Workers covered under international agreements
Professionals, traders, investors and business people coming to Canada to work under certain international agreements.
•Participants in exchange programs
People whose employment in Canada will provide similar employment to Canadians abroad, such as participants in youth exchange programs, teacher exchange programs or other reciprocal programs.

thanks!
Julia

If I would have a open work permit do I still need this LMO from the employer??? also as law skilled worker?

As long as you are still covered by the young professional visa, you don't need a LMO. However, in order to work past the expiration on that visa, you will need a LMO and new work permit before the expiry date.

1. Young Professional Work Permits are restricted to one employer. If the OP wants to change to a new job, s/he requires a LMO and a new work permit.
