DHL delivered application to Halifax instead of Sydney, Canada

hello friends,

I couriered my application to CIO, Sydney via DHL but their website says it has been delivered to Halifax, Canada. I contacted customer service but till now have not received satisfactorily answer.

Has my application been delivered to CIO?

Please advice me as I am a bit worried about.

This is exactly my concern too.
how do we know that B1P 5Z2 has recieved our envelope.

now DHL may update its system and update the status as delivered.....but wheres the proof of delivery to NS?

this is a Gray area for everyone....or else if someone can explain then it would be helpful.

Been delivery fri DHL to the local store instead on my address when I was checking with reference num they told it happened due to human error. I had request them to come to collect from there office plus I took insurance on top due to VIP document

DHL uses a third party courier "Loomis express" for delivery in Sydney, Nova scotia. Call their local DHL 855 345 7447 and ask for it. I was calling DHL from last 2-3 days but no one could help me. Now, at last they informed me that it is delivered but not showing on website of DHL as Loomis Express delivered it. I took reference and checked on Loomis website to make sure.
