Determining appropriate NOC category and code

Hello,

I work as an Admissions Advisor for a public college however, I am unsure of what NOC category my job falls into. I tried comparing my job description to categories 1221, 1211 and 0421 and it feels my job description fits into multiple categories. Please advise.
