What exactly do they mean with family members?
Do they mean besides your spouse (and it's relatives????) also your parents/siblings? ???

If you mean FAMILY MEMBERS on IMM0008 GENERIC (last page) they mean children.

Yes.. that doesn't appeal to us. What will we be writing? Or can you leave it blank too?

Just put "NOT APPLICABLE". I think it is better to not leave blank.
