Dear Experts,

I am trying to submit my wife's express entry profile, but getting you are not eligible for Express Entry messege.
Whereas in CRS score calculator her score showing as 391.

She is 30 years old with IELTS score LRWS - 8, 6.5, 6.5, 7
Completed ECA as Bachelor's degree 3 years (B.A. English Hons. [2007-2010]) and Bachelor's degree 4 years (M.A. English [2010-2012])
Experience : from Apr. 2015 to present. Current Role - Assistant Manager - Quality
Applied for NOC 2171 and 0213 as both seems close to her current profile.

Probable ineligibility reasons as below with my justifications in bold.

• not having a valid language test - Not true
• language test results that are more than two years old - Not true
• a language test score that is too low - LRWS - 8, 6.5, 6.5, 7
• not having enough relevant work experience - Her study and work experience are in different sectors, so not sure if it is making any problem, please advise.
• not having the required education level - ECA showing 2 Bachelors degree 3 yrs. and 4 yrs. not sure how or why it is creating a problem, please advise.
• not having enough funds. - Not true

Please help me to get out of this problem and submit her profile

Eligibility and CRS score are two different things. It is totally possible to have a decent CRS score while being ineligible for any of the programs. What program did you wife apply for? If it is the Federal Skilled Workers program, she has to have at least 67 points out of 100 in the FSW eligibility grid: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/eligibility/federal-skilled-workers/six-selection-factors-federal-skilled-workers.html. I hope this helps.

I just submitted my profile also and it says I'm ineligible despite having all the parameters. I have a masters degree from a Canadian University, I have a permanent full time job offer from a Canadian Employer NOC 1241 Administrative Assistant been in this role from March 25 2019 to present. Previous work experience from my home country NOC 1222 Executive Assistant from 2006 to 2017. I did the CELPIP scored 10 on listening, 12 on reading and writing and 11 on speaking. Proof of funds 18,000 cad. After I submitted the profile it was instantly rejected and when I log into my account I do not even have a CRS score, its blank.

Was your NOC 1241 experience full-time? You can try waiting a few days until April because you'd need 12 months of full-time work experience in the NOC you're applying in. It may be the system not counting it as 12 months yet because their calculations are not exact.

Thanks for the info, you were right. As of now as my ECA is pending, so I didn't include me with her and for this rrason her FSW score is showing 66. As she started job on April 2015, in March 2020 she has completed 5 years. Hope if I apply again today, she will get 2 more points and should be eligible to apply.
Now I am not sure whether CIC considers 5years 1day is equal to 6years or they need 5years 6months 1day.

If you want to receive points for 6 years of work experience, you must have at least 6 full years of work experience. 5 years 1 day is equal to 5 years. 5 years 6 months 1 day is also equal to 5 years.

Thank everyone for your help.
Now her profile is in pool, reason was her FSW score. It was stuck at 66.
As I am not in her dependent list, the FSW point was not reaching to 67.
The day she completed 5 years at her work, very next day we got 6 years experience point.
