Desperately need help..... WES USA to WES Canada???????

Hi,
Is there anyone who can help me with the following question.

I already have a WES USA evaluation done. How can I get them to transfer my report to WES canada.
I have been trying to contact the customer service from the last 2 days. .
I have already created a new account on the WES Canada website. Now i have 2 WES accounts. One WES USA and the other WES Canada.
What do i do next???

I would really really appreciate your help

Hi, I was not even able to create a new account under WES Canada, it kept linking me up to my WES US. Since my name and DOB was the same. So I went with ICES instead. Sorry, I don't have answers for you, I just could not find my way around it. Their Customer service sucks!

I would suggest emailing WES about the situation. It seems to be impossible to reach anyone on the phone but they do seem to check emails once in awhile.

That being said. No guarantees they'll be of help. I waited a week for someone to reply to my inquiry and when they did, they ignored my question and gave a generic answer that didn't even make sense. Using WES for my second degree has been such a mistake on my part!

This might help you. I didn't use ICAS for my bachelors degree. I used Toronto's CES (which was well worth it just for the customer service factor!).

I don't think they would use your evaluation from WES USA, I sent in fresh transcript to ICES, British Columbia; I think that's different from ICAS. It was only my bachelors that was with WES, while it was my masters I wanted to evaluate for CIC. So I only sent my masters transcript to ICES for evaluation. It didn't take too long to get them evaluated. I think maybe 30-40 days.

Go to their website and follow the procedure, mail in your transcript and diploma to them. Follow with emails, good luck! This is for ICES British Columbia that I used, i guess it's different from ICAS.
