CT Scans would actually give results but no doctor would recommend that due to the cost or radiation exposure if you could just do an x-ray even if you weren't pregnant.

I wasn't speaking generally. For the IRCC medical, there is no alternative to the x-ray.

Just wanted to be medically correct just in case anyone was reading this. Not related to immigration medical. Having had a few chest x-rays in my life I know inflammation doesn't always show up on an x-ray. Having another one tomorrow actually
