designation in offer letter and pay slip different from role

Hi all,

need your opinion i am applying under 2171 NOC - but one of my job experience the offer letter and pay slips has my designation as "Business process Lead" TCS BPO while the role i did was Software QA Lead. if i get the roles explained in the reference letter from my manager will it work out even when the designation is very mis leading in the offer letter and pay slips.

Designation doesnt matter.. what you get your role/responsibilities in your employment reference letter, it should be in accordance to the NOC roles/responsibiities....
