If you didn't/don't live in Quebec, you need 3 years of income to qualify for PGP. Did you apply with your Canadian spouse's co-signing?

Assuming that you don't have a Canadian spouse and only got your PR in 2017, how did you qualify to enter into the PGP lottery for 4 years?
