Hi

I was on a spouse visa and i left my wife and moved out. I then did false case on my gather in law of domestic violence in order to change my status. Which was refused and cancelled my spouse visa too. I then got caught by home office and was in detention centre for sometime and then got deported to pakistan. I now want to apply for study visa for Canada and what to know what my chances are pls ?

There's a very high chance a study permit will be refused as a result of the deportation. However you can certainly try applying. Make sure you declare the deportation in your study permit application or you'll end up with a 5 year misrepresentation ban from Canada.

If you qualify, the better option would be to apply to immigrate.

Note that if you have any outstanding charges in the UK, you may be inadmissible to Canada at this time which would mean you cannot apply for anything.
