I have a family there in Canada with health problems, they didn't renew her work permit because of her condition so she doesn't have an income. They also talk to an immigration officer already but they cannot deport her because she doesn't have any criminal record. Is there any chance that they can send her home since she doesn't have the money to sustain her living?

These questions were already answered in your other thread. There is no way to force a deportation or to make CBSA deport her.
