Hello I have a couple questions..new on here
My daughters father was given a one year ban from Canada. Failed refugee claim, got his ticket left on the date he was suppose to etc etc. Any chance of him coming back to visit? He needs a visa to enter. No criminal activity or anything just the refugee claim. He owns a business in his home country and has ties to home (other then our daughter in Canada) but not sure if that's enough. Any help would be appreciated.
