If i want to bring my wife and kids with me, what kind of visa should they apply for? Visit? Or there's something that they can live for the duration of my studies?

they can apply for TRV with work permit or without it.

so multiple entry visa? how she apply for work permit without a job offer? and what basis would they give to her?

When you are applying at the same time as her and applying together or if separately she has to say that she is accompanying you on your study visa. BY this way you can apply for TRV with OCWP or only TRV and when reeching Canada applying OCWP.

I already got my visa but not yet in Canada... Can she apply now or when I reach Canada and have a physical address?

Thanks for the response. So she applies for a single or multiple entry visa?
The confusion here, if she wants to stay with me, how can we prove that she'll return back to country of residence?
How can this be a "visitor visa" if she wants to stay for my duration of my study?

Now I got visa + POE, are these enough?

u got POE what is POE?
yes u can apply for visitors visa TRV and if her TRV is approved and when she is at port of entry they will ask her for marriage cert and copies of ur visa and will issue visitors permit for the duration of ur study permit....

Point of entry letter, which had my work permit, not study permit. I still didn't get letter of introduction or study permit.

it says point of entry letter? my guess is ur getting confused between letter of introduction and point of entry.....POE is port of entry physical location where u enter the country......so ur wife will need the letter that came with ur visa and copies of ur visa for her TRV / visitors visa and u can select i believe if u want a multi or single entry like u did for urs.....which country r u from....?
please read for more info

so my wife and son would apply for multiple entry visit and select for "more than 6 months", right?

Yes I think so.
