Please can someone help me with the questions below.
1. I did not include a child ( my second child _ I have 2 biological children from my marriage - 1 was included already) during my initial application on Express Entry and even till I received a state nomination from NSNP recently in April 2017 . Can I still include him now,even though his name is not included in the nomination letter? OR will there be a background check if I dont include him for now. There is a question asking " If I have included all the dependents on the main applicant into the application" If I say Yes,it will be a false information going by my family records.
2. My wife had a child from her first marriage (this is our second marriage) and we never mentioned about a child from her first marriage. He does not stay with us and currently with his Grand Parents. They are his guardians for now. Do I need to include him even If he is not traveling with us to Canada.. or will there be a background check from Canada immigrations if my wife had a child from her previous marriage? All other documents like divorce papers and marriage certificates have been updated already. Now If I add him, a) he is not mentioned on the NSNP nomination letter b) I do not want to include him for now and may be in future think about taking him to Canada..Do I still add him for providing accurate information of applicants.
Please help with the answers..at the earliest as I have to submit my PR application..
