Dependent visa

I am working here as a IT professional. I would like to apply for my wife's visa as a dependent. How Can I apply? If you can please help.

When I tried to fill out the questionnaire it is giving me the option of visitor visa. Please let me know if there is anyway to apply it as a dependent visa.

There is no such thing as a "dependent visa". If you are referring to an Open Work Permit and that is not coming up as an option, then you have answered something wrong in questionnaire.
